dr. Janét Aizenstros msc.d. ph.d. mba, founder & leader
Dr. Janét Aizenstros is the founder and primary leader of Harmonious Leadership, Renewed Mind, and Restorative Wellness through Sisterhood Exclusive Wellness Organization. In September 2021, she launched Sisterhood Exclusive Wellness Organization (SEWO)–an exclusive community focused on God, leadership, sisterhood & wellness.
Once an aspiring pastor and singer, this history-making entrepreneur, is an award-winning Canadian businesswoman with several prestigious leadership awards. In 2023, she sold her company to focus on her family, legacy, and her passion for empowering women leaders.
Dr. Janét has a MSc.D. in Metaphysical Sciences, a Ph.D. in Conscious Business Ethics, and a Ph.D. in Conscious-Centered Living. She has an MBA along with numerous leadership certifications from Ivy League universities globally. Dr. Aizenstros speaks four languages English, French, Hebrew, and German.
Currently, she is happily married raising three teenagers along with two Egyptian Maus–-Arctic Black & Polar Blanc. She lives in Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, and the USA throughout the year.

Jen O’Donnell Jen O’Donnell is the co-leader of Restorative Wellness. She joined Restorative Wellness in 2021.
Jen went from an RN to an entrepreneur when she discovered God had a different path in store for her. She is currently on a mission to help leaders discover and unleash their gifts and talents while they navigate their roles through coaching executives, small business owners, and entrepreneurs. Being a part of a leadership team is a great privilege.
Jen has an Associate Degree in Nursing and has been trained in business, leadership, mindset, and life coaching from some of the best leaders and coaches in the world.
Currently, she is raising and homeschooling two younger children. She has two cats, Tuna and Petey. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband.

Shanitra Lockett is a follower of Christ and has served in various leadership roles in churches throughout her life.
She holds a Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University - Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She served as a prosecutor in New York City before transitioning to private practice and now currently works as an attorney for a Fortune 500 company.
She is a member of Sisterhood Exclusive and lives in Charlotte, NC with her beautiful family.

LaShay Acree is a devoted Christian who has served in various leadership and entrepreneurial roles in the fields of ministry, business, and missions.
She is a founding member of a church plant in Woodland Park, Colorado, and a co-founder of a missions organization that operates in Uganda.
She has also been a partner in two business start-ups and a co-lead Christfit coach, a Christ-centered exercise group for women.
She is a member of Sisterhood Exclusive, a network of women who empower each other and grow in their faith. She is married and has four children and enjoys the different seasons of motherhood.
